1 package (3.4 oz) of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup of milk (whole or 2% works best)
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of mini marshmallows (optional)
Extra Mandarin oranges (for garnish)
Whipped cream (for garnish)
Orange zest (optional, for a burst of color and flavor)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the milk. Whisk together until thickened, about 2 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
