Ingredients

8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for roasting tomatoes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or dill) for garnish
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned tomatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until blistered and caramelized.
