- Cooked bacon bits or crispy prosciutto (optional)
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe mug, combine the elbow macaroni and water. Stir to ensure the pasta is submerged completely.
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, checking at the 2-minute mark. Stir to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
- Add the milk and shredded cheddar cheese to the mug. Stir well to combine.
- Return the mug to the microwave and heat for an additional 30-60 seconds, or until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
