1/2 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
Optional: Sliced olives, bell peppers, or mushrooms
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
On a baking sheet, lay out the crackers in a single layer, providing enough space between each for toppings.
Spread a teaspoon of pizza sauce onto each cracker.
Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each cracker.
