Easy High-Protein Chicken Salad Wrap

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), diced celery, diced red bell pepper, chopped green onions, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  2. Lay a whole-grain or gluten-free wrap flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken salad mixture onto the center of the wrap, spreading it out.
  3. Place a couple of lettuce leaves on top of the chicken salad.
  4. If desired, top with sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, or fresh herbs.
  5. Fold the sides of the wrap inward and roll it tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Slice the wrap in half and enjoy immediately, or wrap it for a meal on-the-go.
