For the Garlic Aioli:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
