  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form an even layer and chill.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest until smooth.
  6. Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  7. Spread the lemon layer evenly over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over the lemon layer and garnish.
