Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup whipped topping (for garnish)
- Optional: additional lemon zest or lemon slices for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form an even layer and chill.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread the lemon layer evenly over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over the lemon layer and garnish.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
