1 pound ground turkey, preferably lean
1 cup homemade stuffing (herb or sage-flavored)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chicken broth (for basting)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, homemade stuffing, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix gently until just combined.
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1.5 inches in diameter.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs.
Bake the meatballs for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
