Layer 1: Creamy Feta Spread
8 oz (225 g) feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup (240 ml) Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Layer 2: Chickpea Salad
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 medium cucumber, diced
1 cup (150 g) cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup (60 ml) red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Layer 3: Toppings
1/2 cup (75 g) Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup (60 g) crumbled feta cheese (for garnish)
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Creamy Feta Spread by combining crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Make the Chickpea Salad by mixing drained chickpeas, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and parsley in another bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Stir gently until combined.
Assemble the Dip by spreading the creamy feta mixture evenly at the bottom of a clear glass serving dish. Layer the chickpea salad on top.
Add Toppings by sprinkling chopped Kalamata olives, additional crumbled feta cheese, and fresh dill over the chickpea layer.
