  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add chopped spinach to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until wilted. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the wilted spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, and oregano. Mix well.
  5. Prepare the chicken breasts by placing them between two pieces of plastic wrap. Gently pound them with a meat mallet until they are about 1/2-inch thick.
  6. Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
