1 box of Ritz crackers (about 12 oz)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup dill pickles, chopped (or sliced if preferred)
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking. Ensure your oven is fully preheated for even cooking.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped pickles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and have a creamy consistency.
Lay out Ritz crackers on a baking sheet. Using a small spoon or a piping bag, generously dollop the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker, spreading it evenly.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until the cream cheese is warm and slightly bubbling.
