Ingredients
Scale:
24 wonton wrappers
Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup canned or frozen artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil. Press each wonton wrapper into the muffin cups, ensuring that they fit snugly.
Bake the wonton cups in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
Spoon the creamy filling into each baked wonton cup.
Return the filled wonton cups to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until heated through and tops are slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
