1 medium banana, sliced
1 cup packed spinach
10-15 mint leaves (optional)
1 cup almond milk or coconut water
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions
Begin by preparing the watermelon. Cut it into small cubes and remove any seeds. You'll need about 4 cups of diced watermelon for this refreshing smoothie.
In a blender, add the diced watermelon along with 1 sliced banana.
Add 1 cup of packed spinach to the blender.
If you enjoy the flavor of mint, add 10-15 mint leaves to the mixture.
Pour in 1 cup of almond milk or coconut water.
If desired, add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
Add about 1 cup of ice cubes to the blender.
